Nutrient For Dark Spirits 450g – Still Spirit’s Distiller’s Range

Yeast nutrient blend specially formulated for enhanced congener production during fermentation of alcohol for dark spirits. Dark Spirits yeast nutrient is used for fermentation of alcohol to make dark liquor spirits (e.g. Whiskey, Brandy, and Dark Rum) using the Turbo 500 Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top and Copper Condenser. For a less refined result, the Stainless Steel T500 Reflux Condenser or Copper T500 Reflux Condenser can be used, if the ceramic saddles are removed, instead of using the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top and Copper Condenser.

Shake well before use. Add with yeast and stir well to dissolve, leave to ferment according to instructions specified for the selected yeast strain.

One 450g bottle can treat up to nine 6.6 Gal batches.
